I have served in the military. I have earned three degrees, and many additional certifications and accolades. I am even copyrighted and published. My highest level of education is a Master's in Business Administration. You may never again meet another person with as much education as me.

How does coaching work?

You have to tell me what it is you really want. Finding those words is what our sessions are all about because let's face it, if it was that easy to tell others what you want you probably wouldn't need help. I will troubleshoot areas of your life that you need to discuss or have not discussed in a really long time and you will see yourself manifest into the true you through our one on one life coaching sessions.

Is it confidential?

Completely. Your information will never be shared. It's top secret.

How long will it take to see results?

The time it can take varies between individuals. Some may see the results looked for immediately while others may need more time. What changes from person to person is the commitment and readiness to share and accept where they are and align themselves with the big picture. With your commitment, it could be easier than you think.

Are there any contracts or binding agreements?

None whatsoever. Come and go or stay forever.

Do you only do voice calls?

No. I am able to do voice calls, and video calls. When your first booking is complete you will find that we do our first session over Zoom.

What can I expect in our first session?

It's extremely important to remember that we are humans. Pretend you are talking to a long lost friend whom you haven't seen for years and are just dying inside to admit to me everything that has been going on. Remember, opening up is fun and sharing is caring. Go above and beyond. After our first (or few sessions) I will be able to draw up a plan that aims to show where your are on the path to success and the next steps you must take to stay on track. We may need more than one session to establish your expectations and the practicality in reaching those steps.

How much do sessions cost?

Sessions are booked for thirty minutes and cost $20.00 USD.
